We provide the tools and guidance we wish we had when we started. Sunday Solutions was born from the "rough" reality of leading without a roadmap, designed specifically to help volunteer leaders, and Pastors move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling equipped.

How do we do that? People, Systems, and Training.

• PEOPLE - People are the core of what we do. our job as Leaders and Pastors isn’t a task list, it’s building people. We help you invest into your team, cultivate a healthy culture, and ensure you are growing spiritually alongside them.

• SYSTEMS - “Where there is no vision, the people perish” (Proverbs 29:18). Without systems, chaos thrives. A system creates structure, consistency, and a clear map to move forward. We help you build systems that work for you and your team, taking the weight off "you" the leader and dispersing it over the whole team.

• TRAINING - Without systems, we can’t train. Without training, people can’t fulfill their roles. Training sets you and your people up for success. How you train and what systems you use matters. We help you build a training pipeline that sets everyone up for victory.
